D\u00e8s lors, le consommateur \/ festivalier est inform\u00e9 que le prix d\u2019achat du \/ des billet(s) sera ventil\u00e9 de la mani\u00e8re suivante :<\/p>\n – 30% du prix de ce(s) billet(s) est destin\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019acc\u00e8s \u00e0 l\u2019espace du FORUM DU MONDE DES<\/p>\n POSSIBLES ;<\/p>\n – 70% du prix de ce(s) billet(s) est destin\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019acc\u00e8s aux espaces du DELTA FESTIVAL, festival de musique.<\/p>\n Le consommateur \/ festivalier est pri\u00e9 de bien lire attentivement l\u2019ensemble des pr\u00e9sentes conditions g\u00e9n\u00e9rales de vente avant de commander un billet sur le pr\u00e9sent site internet newdelta.placeholder.tn. En commandant avec obligation de paiement un des billets pour se rendre au \u00ab DELTA FESTIVAL 2024 \u00bb,le consommateur \/ festivalier donne automatiquement son accord sur les dispositions d\u00e9crites ci-dessous puisqu\u2019\u00e0 la fin de la commande ce dernier devra cliquer sur le bouton \u00ab J\u2019ai lu et j\u2019accepte les conditions g\u00e9n\u00e9rales de vente ainsi que la d\u00e9claration de confidentialit\u00e9 \u00bb.<\/p>\n The consumer \/ festival-goer acknowledges that he\/she has the legal capacity to commit to the present general conditions of sale.<\/p>\n En cas de refus d’acceptation des pr\u00e9sentes conditions g\u00e9n\u00e9rales de vente par le consommateur \/ festivalier, ce dernier ne pourra pas commander les billets propos\u00e9s par l\u2019Organisateur sur le site internet du prestataire de billetterie utilis\u00e9 par le festivalier \/ consommateur. Users may file a complaint with the supervisory authorities and in particular with the CNIL (https:\/\/www.cnil.fr\/fr\/plaintes).<\/p>\n ARTICLE 6 - VALIDATION OF THE ORDER & ACCEPTANCE OF THE GCV<\/strong><\/p>\n Before confirming his order, the consumer \/ festival-goer declares to accept the present general conditions of sale, fully and without reserve, by ticking a box provided for this purpose.<\/p>\n Sauf preuve contraire, les donn\u00e9es enregistr\u00e9es par l\u2019Organisateur et les prestataires de billetterie mentionn\u00e9s dans le pr\u00e9ambule des pr\u00e9sentes CGV, repr\u00e9senteront la preuve des transactions pass\u00e9es, par le consommateur \/ festivalier, sur son site internet newdelta.placeholder.tn.<\/p>\n ARTICLE 7 - DELIVERY OF TICKETS<\/strong><\/p>\n As soon as the purchase is confirmed, the consumer\/festival-goer will receive his or her ticket as an e-ticket (ticket printed at home on A4 paper) and as an m-ticket (ticket downloaded as an image using a smartphone).<\/p>\n By accepting these general terms and conditions, the consumer\/festival-goer also accepts the terms and conditions for the use of e-tickets and m-tickets as set out in Annexes 1 and 2 of these GTC.<\/p>\n ARTICLE 8 \u2013 ACC\u00c8S & CONTR\u00d4LE DES BILLETS LORS DU \u00ab DELTA FESTIVAL 2024 \u00bb<\/strong><\/p>\n 8.1\/ Access to the event & minority<\/strong><\/p>\n L\u2019acc\u00e8s \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nement du \u00ab DELTA FESTIVAL 2024 \u00bb se fait sur pr\u00e9sentation d\u2019un e-ticket ou m-ticket valide.<\/p>\n En cas de perte ou d\u2019inaccessibilit\u00e9 d\u2019un e-ticket ou m-ticket, le consommateur \/ festivalier doit contacter en priorit\u00e9 la SAS SHOTGUN (contact@shotgun.live) ou le prestataire de billetterie ayant mis en vente le billet, o\u00f9 l\u2019Organisateur ne devra \u00eatre sollicit\u00e9 qu\u2019en dernier recours.<\/p>\n Chaque consommateur \/ festivalier acc\u00e9dant \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9v\u00e8nement du \u00ab DELTA FESTIVAL 2024 \u00bb doit \u00eatre muni d’un billet valide.<\/p>\n Toutefois l\u2019acc\u00e8s \u00e0 l’\u00e9v\u00e9nement du \u00ab DELTA FESTIVAL 2024 \u00bb est interdit aux mineurs de moins de seize (16) ann\u00e9es r\u00e9volues.<\/p>\n A minor between the ages of sixteen (16) and eighteen (18) must be accompanied and supervised by an adult and remain under the responsibility of the adult.<\/p>\n When the ticket is nominative, the consumer\/festival-goer must present a valid ID card when entering the event.<\/p>\n Each ticket has a unique barcode and\/or QR code.<\/p>\n It is not possible to be admitted several times with the same ticket on the same day.<\/p>\n L\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nement d\u00e9bute \u00e0 l’heure communiqu\u00e9e par l\u2019organisateur sauf cas de force majeure. Il est conseill\u00e9 de se pr\u00e9senter au moins 30 minutes avant l\u2019heure de d\u00e9but de l\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nement.<\/p>\n In case of delay, access to the event is no longer guaranteed and no refund will be made.<\/p>\n Toute sortie est d\u00e9finitive au sens de l\u2019article 5 du R\u00e8glement int\u00e9rieur figurant en Annexe 3 (Annexe 3).<\/strong><\/p>\n 8.2\/ Ticket control<\/strong><\/p>\n The control of tickets will be carried out with barcode scanners by the Event Organizer - under its responsibility - at the entrance to said event.<\/p>\n Dans le cas o\u00f9 plusieurs achats ont \u00e9t\u00e9 effectu\u00e9s via le web ou par un t\u00e9l\u00e9phone mobile, chaque achat donnera lieu \u00e0 la cr\u00e9ation d’un billet contenant un code-place num\u00e9rique pr\u00e9sent sur le billet, sous forme d’un code-barres, et sera v\u00e9rifi\u00e9 \u00e0 l’entr\u00e9e du lieu o\u00f9 se d\u00e9roule l’\u00e9v\u00e9nement.<\/p>\n The place code allows the identification of the buyer and access to the details of his order.<\/p>\n Each place code can only be presented once per day at the checkpoint.<\/p>\n 8.3\/ Identity and security checks<\/strong><\/p>\n The Organizer reserves the right to check the identity of the consumer\/festival-goer at the entrance of the event venue.<\/p>\n The consumer \/ festival-goer must therefore have an official identification document - valid - and with a photo: national identity card, passport, driver's license or residence permit.<\/p>\n The consumer\/festival-goer may be required to undergo a security pat-down at the entrance to the event and during the event.<\/p>\n Access may be denied to anyone who refuses to comply with this security measure.<\/p>\n For safety reasons, it is strictly forbidden to bring onto the event site weapons, explosive, flammable or volatile substances, bottles, containers, sharp or blunt objects and, in general, any object likely to be used as a projectile, any dangerous object and any pyrotechnic item, signs and banners of any size of a political, ideological, religious or advertising nature, and this list is not exhaustive.<\/p>\n Any offender may be refused access to the festival, engage his responsibility and be liable to prosecution.<\/p>\n 8.4\/ Acc\u00e8s aux espaces VIP<\/strong><\/p>\n Chaque festivalier titulaire d\u2019un billet VIP se verra remettre un bracelet \u00e0 l\u2019entr\u00e9e du festival apr\u00e8s pr\u00e9sentation d\u2019un billet valide.<\/p>\n Ce bracelet devra \u00eatre pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019entr\u00e9e des espaces VIP afin de pouvoir y acc\u00e9der. Le festivalier est inform\u00e9 que tout bracelet coup\u00e9 et\/ou tout bracelet dont la bague de serrage aura \u00e9t\u00e9 retir\u00e9e, ne sera plus valable et ne permettra plus l\u2019acc\u00e8s aux espaces VIP.<\/p>\n Le nombre de billets VIP mis en vente est subordonn\u00e9 au respect d\u2019une jauge maximale d\u2019acc\u00e8s aux espaces VIP sur le Festival. La jauge totale fixant le nombre de billets VIP mis en vente par jour comprend l\u2019addition des jauges de chaque espace VIP.<\/p>\n En cons\u00e9quence, le festivalier ne pourra en aucun cas se retourner contre l\u2019Organisateur s\u2019il lui est temporairement impossible d\u2019acc\u00e9der \u00e0 une zone VIP de l\u2019\u00e9v\u00e8nement pour cause de d\u00e9passement de la jauge maximale autoris\u00e9e, d\u00e8s lors que cette limitation de jauge n\u2019est pas atteinte dans les autres espaces VIP de l\u2019\u00c9v\u00e8nement.<\/p>\n ARTICLE 9 - USE AND VALIDITY OF TICKETS<\/strong><\/p>\n 9.1\/ Resale of tickets<\/strong><\/p>\n Each ticket is nominative and personal and can only be resold in compliance with the law n\u00b02012-348 of March 12, 2012 tending to facilitate the organization of sporting and cultural events, which prohibits, under penalty of criminal sanctions, the habitual sale of tickets for cultural or sporting events without the express authorization of the Organizer or the owner of the exploitation rights.<\/p>\n The Organizer also recalls the provisions of Article 313-6-2 of the Penal Code which states that:<\/p>\n \u00ab Le fait de vendre, d’offrir \u00e0 la vente ou d’exposer en vue de la vente ou de la cession ou de fournir les moyens en vue de la vente ou de la cession des titres d’acc\u00e8s \u00e0 une manifestation sportive, culturelle ou commerciale ou \u00e0 un spectacle vivant, de mani\u00e8re habituelle et sans l’autorisation du producteur, de l’organisateur ou du propri\u00e9taire des droits d’exploitation de cette manifestation ou de ce spectacle, est puni de 15 000 \u20ac d’amende. Cette peine est port\u00e9e \u00e0 30 000 \u20ac d’amende en cas de r\u00e9cidive. Pour l’application du premier alin\u00e9a, est consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme titre d’acc\u00e8s tout billet, document, message ou code, quels qu’en soient la forme et le support, attestant de l’obtention aupr\u00e8s du producteur, de l’organisateur ou du propri\u00e9taire des droits d’exploitation du droit d’assister \u00e0 la manifestation ou au spectacle. \u00bb<\/p>\n 9.2\/ Reproduction of tickets<\/strong><\/p>\n You may not reproduce, duplicate or forge a ticket in any way.<\/p>\n Reproduction of tickets is prohibited and would not provide any benefit.<\/p>\n The Organizer may refuse access to the venue if it becomes aware that one or more printouts or reproductions of a printable ticket are in circulation and access to the venue has already been granted to the bearer of a printout or reproduction.<\/p>\n The Organizer is not obliged to check the identity of the person in possession of the print-at-home ticket or the m-ticket, nor to check the authenticity of the ticket, as the copy of the e-ticket cannot be detected with certainty, nor the holder of the m-ticket; only the first person presenting the ticket or a reproduction thereof will be admitted to the venue.<\/p>\n This person is presumed to be the legitimate bearer of the ticket.<\/p>\n In this case, if the holder of a printable ticket or an m-ticket is refused access to the venue, he\/she will not be entitled to any refund of the price paid.<\/p>\n The person who reproduced the ticket and the user of the copy of the ticket are liable to criminal prosecution according to the provisions of articles 313-1 and 441-1 of the Penal Code.<\/p>\n 9.3\/ Ticket validity<\/strong><\/p>\n The ticket is only valid for the event it relates to, on the date, time and conditions stated on the ticket.<\/p>\n This title must be kept until the end of the event.<\/p>\n SECTION 10 - WITHDRAWAL, POSTPONEMENT, CANCELLATION AND REFUND<\/strong><\/p>\n 10.1\/ Scope of application<\/strong><\/p>\n Les pr\u00e9sentes conditions de r\u00e9tractation, de remboursement, de report et d\u2019annulation sont applicables \u00e0 tous les billets vendus sur les sites internet des prestataires de 2024\u00bb<\/strong><\/p>\n In accordance with Article L. 221-28 of the French Consumer Code, tickets for shows are not subject to any right of withdrawal.<\/p>\n 10.3\/ Refund and festivalier.<\/p>\n 10.4\/ Cancellation, postponement of the event and substantial modification of the artistic program<\/strong><\/p>\n In the event of a definitive cancellation of an event, reimbursement will only be made to the original purchaser upon return of the ticket.<\/p>\n Nevertheless, in case of partial cancellation of the event, the refund will be made per day of the event.<\/p>\n In case of cancellation of a day, a full refund of the cancelled day will be given.<\/p>\n In the event of cancellation of a day where fifty percent (50%) of the event will have taken place on that day, no refund will be given.<\/p>\n Dans le cadre d\u2019un pass deux (2) jours achet\u00e9, d\u2019un pass trois (3) jours achet\u00e9, d\u2019un pass quatre (4) jours achet\u00e9 ou Seul le prix du billet sera rembours\u00e9, \u00e0 l\u2019exclusion des frais de gestion et de location qui sont conserv\u00e9s par le prestataire de billetterie ayant r\u00e9alis\u00e9 la vente du billet et par l\u2019Organisateur.<\/p>\n No additional costs of any kind (cancellation insurance, transportation, hotels, parking, etc.) will be reimbursed or compensated.<\/p>\n Chaque consommateur \/ festivalier achetant un billet pour le \u00ab DELTA FESTIVAL 2024 \u00bb pourra \u2013 en cas de report de l\u2019Ev\u00e8nement pr\u00e9vue du 4 au 8 septembre 2024 \u2013 solliciter le remboursement ou un avoir de son billet si la demande de remboursement \/ d\u2019avoir est faite dans le mois suivant le jour de l\u2019annonce du report, par DELTA FRANCE ASSOCIATIONS, de l\u2019\u00e9dition qui \u00e9tait initialement pr\u00e9vue du 4 au 8 septembre 2024.<\/p>\n Si la demande de remboursement n\u2019est pas effectu\u00e9e dans le mois, le consommateur \/ festivalier ne pourra plus solliciter ni b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier d\u2019un remboursement et le billet achet\u00e9 par le consommateur \/ festivalier sera automatiquement valide pour la prochaine \u00e9dition du \u00ab DELTA FESTIVAL \u00bb report\u00e9e o\u00f9 ladite \u00e9dition doit imp\u00e9rativement avoir lieu durant l\u2019ann\u00e9e 2025.<\/p>\n En outre, chaque consommateur \/ festivalier b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiera d\u2019un remboursement de droit dans les cas<\/p>\n limitatifs suivants :<\/p>\n - if the artistic program undergoes a substantial change of more than seventy percent (70%) where said change will be assessed on the date of purchase of the ticket by each consumer\/festival-goer;<\/p>\n – si le \u00ab DELTA FESTIVAL 2024 \u00bb est report\u00e9 \u00e0 des nouvelles dates en 2025 et sous r\u00e9serves que le consommateur \/ festivalier ait bien sollicit\u00e9 le remboursement dans le mois suivant le jour de l\u2019annonce du report de l\u2019Ev\u00e8nement ;<\/p>\n – si le \u00ab DELTA FESTIVAL 2024 \u00bb est annul\u00e9.<\/p>\n En cas d\u2019achat d\u2019un billet pour le \u00ab DELTA FESTIVAL 2024 \u00bb, via un e-Pass jeunes (code promotionnel \u00e0 valoir sur l\u2019achat d\u2019un billet pour le \u00ab DELTA FESTIVAL 2024 \u00bb, il est pr\u00e9cis\u00e9 au consommateur \/ festivalier que des conditions particuli\u00e8res de remboursement s\u2019appliquent au cas d\u2019esp\u00e8ce.<\/p>\n En effet, dans le cadre d\u2019un achat via un e-Pass jeunes le remboursement du montant du code promotionnel utilis\u00e9 dans l\u2019offre e-Pass jeunes, sera r\u00e9alis\u00e9 sous forme d\u2019un avoir d\u2019un montant similaire au code promotionnel utilis\u00e9, utilisable pour la prochaine \u00e9dition du \u00ab DELTA FESTIVAL \u00bb en 2025.<\/p>\n To be eligible for reimbursement, claims must be accompanied by a current bank statement.<\/p>\n The request for reimbursement should be addressed to: Organizer<\/strong><\/p>\n In accordance with Article L. 221-15 of the French Consumer Code, the Organizer is responsible, with respect to its consumers\/festival-goers, for the proper performance of obligations resulting from contracts concluded at a distance.<\/p>\n The Organizer declines all responsibility in case of unavailability of the online ticketing service due to a case of force majeure, in particular during :<\/p>\n - any anomalies in the consumer's \/ festival-goer's computer equipment;<\/p>\n - unforeseeable, insurmountable facts outside the Organizer's control;<\/p>\n - the unavailability of the Internet network.<\/p>\n 11.2\/ No responsibility of the Organizer in case of loss or theft of the ticket<\/strong><\/p>\n The Organizer is not responsible for loss, theft or misuse of the ticket purchased by the consumer\/festival-goer.<\/p>\n In addition, it is specified that the Organizer is in no way obliged to follow up on a request for an edition or a duplicate in the event of loss or theft of the ticket.<\/p>\n 11.3\/ Responsibility of the consumer\/festival-goer during the event<\/strong><\/p>\n L\u2019Organisateur fixe le r\u00e8glement propre \u00e0 l’organisation de l’\u00e9v\u00e9nement.<\/p>\n Le r\u00e8glement \u00e9tabli par l\u2019Organisateur figure sur le site internet newdelta.placeholder.tn ou \u00e0 l’entr\u00e9e du lieu o\u00f9 se d\u00e9roule le \u00ab DELTA FESTIVAL 2024 \u00bb.<\/p>\n D\u00e8s lors, tout consommateur \/ festivalier achetant un billet pour se rendre au \u00ab DELTA FESTIVAL 2024 \u00bb s\u2019engage \u00e0 prendre connaissance, accepter et respecter le r\u00e8glement int\u00e9rieur \u00e9tabli par l\u2019Organisateur figurant en Annexe 3.<\/p>\n Le consommateur \/ festivalier se conformera strictement au r\u00e8glement de l’Organisateur sous peine de voir sa responsabilit\u00e9 engag\u00e9e, de se voir l\u2019acc\u00e8s refus\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nement ou d\u2019\u00eatre exclu dudit \u00e9v\u00e9nement sans que ce dernier ne puisse solliciter ou pr\u00e9tendre \u00e0 un quelconque remboursement du ou des billets achet\u00e9s ni \u00e0 une quelconque indemnit\u00e9 \u00e0 ce titre.<\/p>\n The consumer\/festival-goer will strictly comply with the national health regulations in force (wearing a mask, hydro-alcohol gel, social distancing, screening, vaccinations, etc.) and the health regulations put in place by the Organizer, failing which he\/she will be held responsible, denied access to the event or excluded from the event, without being able to request or claim any reimbursement of the ticket(s) purchased or any compensation in this respect.<\/p>\n Unless specifically authorized, the consumer\/festival-goer is prohibited - for professional and commercial purposes - from photographing, filming or recording the event in any way.<\/p>\n 11.4\/ Absence de responsabilit\u00e9 de l\u2019Organisateur concernant la prestation de transport effectu\u00e9e par un tiers<\/strong><\/p>\n Le consommateur \/ festivalier reconna\u00eet que l\u2019Organisateur n\u2019est en aucun cas un transporteur de personnes et ne saurait \u00eatre tenu d\u2019une quelconque 2024 \u00bb qu’\u00e0 titre occasionnel, dans un but non lucratif, et pour un groupe limit\u00e9 de voyageurs uniquement.<\/p>\n Le consommateur \/ festivalier \u2013 ayant achet\u00e9 un billet package \u00ab Pack : Transport + Delta Festival 2024 \u00bb \u2013 reconna\u00eet que l\u2019Organisateur n\u2019agit que pour ordre et pour compte d\u2019un transporteur qui sera d\u00e9sign\u00e9 o\u00f9 le consommateur \/ festivalier assumera la responsabilit\u00e9 de ses propres agissements et de sa propre s\u00e9curit\u00e9 o\u00f9 toute action en responsabilit\u00e9 en lien avec \/ ou dans le cadre de l\u2019ex\u00e9cution du titre de transport \/ ou de la prestation de transport devra \u00eatre engag\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9gard du transporteur qui aura effectu\u00e9 la prestation de transport, l\u2019Organisateur qui aura \u2013 via la billetterie<\/p>\n \u00ab DELTA FESTIVAL 2024 \u00bb \u2013 vendu un titre de transport est r\u00e9put\u00e9 avoir agi pour ordre et pour compte du transport qui sera d\u00e9sign\u00e9 o\u00f9 l\u2019Organisateur ne pourra voir sa responsabilit\u00e9 engag\u00e9e d\u2019une quelconque cause que ce soit et notamment lors :<\/p>\n –<\/span> d\u2019un retard ;<\/p>\n –<\/span> d\u2019un accident mat\u00e9riel ou corporel ;<\/p>\n –<\/span> d\u2019une perte ou d\u2019un vol de bagages ;<\/p>\n –<\/span> d\u2019un refus d\u2019embarquement par le transporteur ;<\/p>\n –<\/span> d\u2019une annulation du voyage par la faute du transporteur ;<\/p>\n –<\/span> d\u2019un agissement du consommateur \/ festivalier compromettant sa propre s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et celles des<\/p>\n autres personnes \u00e0 bord du v\u00e9hicule assurant le transport.<\/p>\n In the event of an accident or any other incident occurring Mediation<\/strong><\/p>\n In case of dispute, the consumer \/ festival-goer must make a prior claim and address in priority to the Organizer by e-mail at the following address techniques currently known or to come).<\/p>\n Except with the express agreement of the consumer\/festival-goer, the image of the latter may in no case be used and exploited for commercial purposes terms and conditions of sale as well as to the following special terms and conditions of use of the e-ticket that the consumer\/festival-goer has accepted before purchasing the ticket.<\/p>\n a) Conditions of validity<\/strong><\/p>\n The e-ticket is only valid if it is printed on white A4 paper, blank on both sides.<\/p>\n Good print quality is required.<\/p>\n Partially printed, soiled, damaged or illegible tickets will not be accepted and will be considered invalid.<\/p>\n To verify the quality of the printing, the consumer\/festival-goer must make sure that the information written on the ticket as well as the barcode is legible.<\/p>\n b) Control of the e-ticket<\/strong><\/p>\n The entry to the event is subject to the check of the validity of the e-ticket.<\/p>\n At the time of the controls, the consumer \/ festival-goer will have to be provided with an official ID, valid, and with photo: national ID card, passport, driving license or residence permit.<\/p>\n c) use of the m-ticket, which the consumer\/festival-goer has accepted before purchasing the ticket.<\/p>\n a) Telephone required<\/strong><\/p>\n The entry m-ticket is only valid if it is displayed on a cell phone screen such as a smartphone.<\/p>\n b) Access and use of the m-ticket<\/strong><\/p>\n The m-ticket is available via the e-mail sent by the Organizer validating your order.<\/p>\n The m-ticket is non-exchangeable and non-refundable, except in the limited cases provided for in article 10.4 of these general terms of sale.<\/p>\n The m-ticket is personal.<\/p>\n The m-ticket is only valid for the event where this title must be kept until the end of the event.<\/p>\n It is strictly forbidden to reproduce, duplicate or counterfeit a ticket in any way.<\/p>\n Reproduction of the of the ticket<\/strong><\/p>\n The m-ticket will be checked at the entrance of the event and must be readable on the smartphone.<\/p>\n At the time of the controls, the consumer \/ festival-goer will have to be provided with an official ID, valid, and with photo: national ID card, passport, driving license or residence permit.<\/p>\n To verify the quality of the ticket, the consumer\/festival-goer must ensure that the ticket information and the barcode are legible.<\/p>\n d) Responsibility<\/strong><\/p>\n On the day of the event, the Organizer declines all responsibility in case of loss or theft of the cell phone containing the m-ticket.<\/p>\n The Organizer is not responsible for the access to the mobile operators' network on the day of the event.<\/p>\n The Organizer is also not FRANCE ASSOCIATIONS, en cours d\u2019ann\u00e9e 2024, dans le cadre de la reprise des engagements, droits et obligations du pr\u00e9sent service de billetterie (ci-apr\u00e8s d\u00e9nomm\u00e9e \u00ab the Organizer<\/strong> \").<\/p>\n Toute personne p\u00e9n\u00e9trant dans le p\u00e9rim\u00e8tre du Festival doit se conformer au pr\u00e9sent R\u00e8glement et ce,<\/p>\n durant toute la dur\u00e9e de la manifestation.<\/p>\n ARTICLE 2 - ACCESS CONDITIONS<\/strong><\/p>\n 2.1 - Access to the festival under the condition of being a ticket holder<\/strong><\/p>\n Access to the event is by presentation of a valid e-ticket or m-ticket.<\/p>\n En cas de perte ou d\u2019inaccessibilit\u00e9 d\u2019un e-ticket ou m-ticket, le festivalier doit contacter en priorit\u00e9 la SAS SHOTGUN event must have a valid ticket.<\/p>\n Access to the Festival site is subject to a valid ticket and a valid security check.<\/p>\n All persons present on the Festival grounds must keep their ticket, access card or accreditation at all times and be able to present it at any time upon request by the Organizer's staff, until the end of the event.<\/p>\n Chaque festivalier titulaire d\u2019un billet VIP se verra remettre un bracelet \u00e0 l\u2019entr\u00e9e du festival apr\u00e8s pr\u00e9sentation de son e-ticket ou m-ticket valide.<\/p>\n Ce bracelet devra \u00eatre pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019entr\u00e9e des espaces VIP afin de pouvoir y acc\u00e9der. Le festivalier est inform\u00e9 que tout bracelet coup\u00e9 et\/ou tout bracelet dont la bague de serrage aura \u00e9t\u00e9 retir\u00e9e, ne sera plus valable et ne permettra plus l\u2019acc\u00e8s aux espaces VIP.<\/p>\n 2.2 - Access to authorized personnel<\/strong><\/p>\n Any person present at the event (artist, technician, journalist, service provider, organizer, etc.) must wear a visible identification bracelet or badge.<\/p>\n These wristbands or badges are issued only by the Organizer.<\/p>\n The Organizer reserves the right to ask for a proof of identity at the entrance of the Festival and during the whole event.<\/p>\n 2.3 - Acceptance of risk<\/strong><\/p>\n Anyone entering the Festival accepts the risk of being confronted with a large crowd and declares himself or herself to be in good physical, mental and moral health.<\/p>\n 2.4 - Access for people with reduced mobility<\/strong><\/p>\n Appropriate equipment is in place on the Festival site for the reception and access of people with reduced mobility.<\/p>\n ARTICLE 3 - IMAGE RIGHTS AND USE OF THE IMAGE BY THE ORGANIZER<\/strong><\/p>\n Without this list being exhaustive, each festival-goer, partner, professional, influencer, public figure, political figure, institution, etc. is informed that, during the Festival, he or she is likely to be photographed and\/or filmed.<\/p>\n Each festival participant, partner, professional, influencer, public figure, political figure, institution, etc. expressly acknowledges that his or her image may be used in the production of aftermovies, photos, videos and reports for the purpose of promoting the Festival, by any means, in any format, without restriction of time or place.<\/p>\n Cette exploitation pourra \u00eatre faite par l\u2019Organisateur sur l\u2019ensemble de ses moyens de communications et r\u00e9seaux sociaux afin de promouvoir, dans le cadre de communication non commerciale, l\u2019\u00e9v\u00e8nement du \u00ab DELTA FESTIVAL \u00bb.<\/p>\n By accessing the Festival, each festival-goer, partner, professional, influencer, public figure, political figure, institution, etc. accepts - MINORITY<\/strong><\/p>\n Access to the festival is forbidden to minors under the age of 16.<\/p>\n Minors between 16 and 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult.<\/p>\n ARTICLE 5 - LEAVING THE FESTIVAL GROUNDS DURING THE EVENT<\/strong><\/p>\n The festival-goer is informed that in case he\/she wants to leave the festival grounds during the event, several scenarios are possible:<\/p>\n \u25cf <\/span>1 DAY PASS holders: all exits are final;<\/p>\n \u25cf <\/span>D\u00e9tenteur d\u2019un PASS 2 JOURS, d\u2019un PASS 3 JOURS, d\u2019un PASS 4 JOURS ou d\u2019un PASS 5 JOURS : toute sortie est d\u00e9finitive chaque jour de la manifestation ;<\/p>\n ARTICLE 6 - SAFETY AND PROHIBITIONS<\/strong><\/p>\n 7.1 - Drinking Places<\/strong><\/p>\n It is forbidden for bartenders and waiters at the Festival to give a drink to an obviously drunk person.<\/p>\n The person issuing the drink reserves the right not to serve a festival-goer.<\/p>\n Anyone identified as being intoxicated will be denied access to the Festival.<\/p>\n Anyone identified as being intoxicated will be removed from the Festival site.<\/p>\n No refunds will be made under this clause.<\/p>\n Any offender will be held responsible and may be prosecuted.<\/p>\n The Organizer reserves the right to contact the police.29\/34<\/span><\/p>\n 7.2 - Safety and conduct in case of evacuation<\/strong><\/p>\n In the event of a major incident endangering the safety of festival-goers and staff within the perimeter of the event, such as a major technical problem, fire, bomb threat or discovery of a suspicious package, the evacuation of the said perimeter will be triggered by an order given over the microphone.<\/p>\n In order for the evacuation to be carried out in the best conditions of safety and time, the people present on the Festival site must immediately and calmly move towards the emergency exits provided for this purpose to be guided out by the security personnel.<\/p>\n 7.3 - Smoking<\/strong><\/p>\n In application of articles L. 3512-8 and R. 3512-1 and following of the Public Health Code, smoking is prohibited in all closed and covered places open to the public.<\/p>\n This prohibition applies in all closed and covered areas of the Festival.<\/p>\n It is forbidden to throw cigarette butts on the ground. Cigarette butts must be disposed of in the ashtrays provided on the Festival grounds.<\/p>\n 7.4 - Drugs<\/strong><\/p>\n The Organizer reminds that the article 222-37 of the Penal Code states that:<\/p>\n \u00ab Le transport, la d\u00e9tention, l’offre, la cession, l’acquisition ou l’emploi illicites de stup\u00e9fiants sont punis de dix ans d’emprisonnement et de 7 500 000 euros d’amende. Est puni des m\u00eames peines le fait de faciliter, par quelque moyen que ce soit, l’usage illicite de stup\u00e9fiants, de se faire d\u00e9livrer des stup\u00e9fiants au moyen d’ordonnances fictives ou de complaisance, ou de d\u00e9livrer des stup\u00e9fiants sur la pr\u00e9sentation de telles ordonnances en connaissant leur caract\u00e8re fictif ou complaisant.<\/p>\n Les deux premiers alin\u00e9as de l’article 132-23 relatif \u00e0 la p\u00e9riode de s\u00fbret\u00e9 sont applicables aux infractions pr\u00e9vues par le pr\u00e9sent article. \u00bb<\/p>\n Pursuant to Article L. 3421-1 of the Public Health Code, the illicit use of narcotics is also prohibited.<\/p>\n In application of article L. 5132-7 of the Public Health Code, each festival-goer is invited to consult the decree of February 22, 1990 establishing the list of substances classified as narcotics.<\/p>\n It is therefore forbidden to use or trade drugs within the Festival.<\/p>\n Anyone identified as being under the influence of drugs will be denied access to the Festival.<\/p>\n Anyone identified as being under the influence of drugs will be removed from the Festival site.<\/p>\n Any person identified as a drug user will be denied access to the Festival.<\/p>\n Any person identified as being in possession of drugs will be expelled from the Festival site.<\/p>\n No refunds will be made under this clause.<\/p>\n Any offender will be held responsible and may be prosecuted.<\/p>\n The Organizer reserves the right to contact the police.<\/p>\n 7.5 - Various safety rules<\/strong><\/p>\n All persons must strictly adhere to the instructions of the Festival security personnel.<\/p>\n Security personnel are responsible for responding to incidents, accidents, violence, evacuations and for enforcing these rules and regulations.<\/p>\n The festivalgoer agrees to submit to any control or verification measures intended to ensure the safety of persons and property within the festival grounds.<\/p>\n Festival-goers may be required to undergo a security pat-down.<\/p>\n Access may be denied to anyone who does not comply with these measures.<\/p>\n ARTICLE 8 - GENERAL PROHIBITIONS<\/strong><\/p>\n 8.1 - Prohibited items<\/strong><\/p>\n For safety reasons, it is strictly forbidden to introduce :<\/p>\n\n
