Safe delta
the delta takes care of you
As organizers of large-scale events, our responsibility is to mobilize ourselves to fight as much as possible against sexist and sexual violence in a festive environment, but also against any incident or violence of a discriminatory nature. The Safe Delta system is designed to ensure the safety of all our festival-goers. At the Delta Festival, we party and we respect each other.
L’espace prévention
Prevention is at the heart of our concerns on the festival. Accompanying our festival-goers in their consumption habits and other possible nuisances, for their safety, is one of our priorities.
In this space, open throughout the festival, you will find associations ready to discuss with you around workshops of PREVENTION and REDUCTION risks of :
- alcohol consumption
- tobacco use
- the phenomenon of chemical submission
- nitrous oxide consumption
- drug use
- of sun exposure
- hearing risks
- sexual prevention
Discover also a shaded "chill" area during the day and lit up at night with a free and unlimited access water fountain.
LA SAFE ZONE
The Prevention Space is expanding this year to include the Safe-Zone.
Both a resource center and a landmark on the Festival, the Safe Zone is an inclusive space, open to all, a refuge zone in case of danger or incident.
YOU WILL FIND :
- Prevention partner associations
- feminist associations partners of Vivre-Ensemble
- a confidentiality area
- a lawyer (CIDFF)
- a mediator (Solidarité Femmes 13)
- Risk reduction tools: glass condoms, earplugs, breathalyzers...
- information and prevention materials
La brigade Safe Delta veille sur toi
Dressed in their purple vests, the members of the Safe Delta Brigade will be on the prowl throughout the Festival. The Brigade is in constant contact with the Safe-Zone and the Delta Festival orga' team. Both preventive and dissuasive, this Brigade is there for you. You feel uncomfortable, you feel any danger, do not hesitate to ask for help. If you are a witness or a victim of violence, discrimination or harassment, don't hesitate to contact them.
L’application – The Sorority
This year, the Delta Festival has teamed up with The Sorority community to ensure your safety, inside and outside the event. In the street, at home, at the office, on the transport, everywhere: you see in real time the people around you ready to act.
In case of immediate danger:
- The alert is sent to the first 50 people around you present on the app, whether you are a victim or a witness of an assault.
- Alerted persons can contact the alerting person.
- Geolocate her and contact the appropriate authorities for her.
